Canaan Dogs of River Rock

We are a preservation kennel located in Northwest Georgia, operated by Christina Miller.  We are active members of the Canaan Dog Club of America and focus on raising high-quality, versatile American Kennel Club (AKC) registered Canaan Dogs. 

Kennel Overview & Activities
The kennel is well-known within the breed community for producing top-tier show and performance dogs. The owners and their dogs regularly participate in a wide variety of canine sports and events, including: 

Conformation Dog Shows: Their dogs consistently compete at high levels, 
Performance Sports: They train and compete in Rally Obedience, Herding, Fast CAT, Dock Diving, Coursing, Barn Hunt, and Weight Pull. 

Breeding & Puppy Philosophy
River Rock prioritizes health, preservation, and proper temperament for this rare, ancient national dog breed of Israel.  We pride ourselves on matching the right Canaan Dog puppy with the right home.

• Health Measures: All puppies are microchipped, fully AKC registered, and receive age-appropriate vaccinations.

• Socialization: We use proven, structured socialization techniques to prepare puppies for active family environments.

• Training Foundation: Puppies are introduced to basic obedience before going to their permanent homes.
